As lead designer for this project at Petro Design Build Inc., Elizabeth prepared planting and entry feature design for this townhouse development project in Rock Hall, Maryland.  The landscape was installed at time of original project construction, so note that some plantings have been replaced by others during subsequent maintenance. The design featured:

• a rich selection of plants that are compatible with the waterfront setting, including a mix of ornamental grasses; native seaside species such as bayberry; and evergreen trees and shrubs

• entrance feature that reflects the waterfront character of the site, including natural stone, low curbing of vertical wood piers, and plantings
