• Elizabeth has a background in Forest Management, with an undergraduate degree in Forest Resource Management and work experience with the US Forest Service.​

• She was an International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborist until 2019. (prior to retiring from full-time positions), ​and was ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualified until 2021
